Former Vice-President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has said the Peoples Democratic Party-led Federal Government lacks the capacity to drive electoral reforms, noting that the white paper issued by the government on the report of the Justice Mohammed Uwais-led Electoral Reforms panel contained nothing concrete.
He also said effort by some progressives to form a mega party to serve as a formidable opposition to the PDP was desirable.
