Bartle Bogle Hegarty is asking its staff to take nine days unpaid leave a year, equivalent to a 3.5 per cent pay cut, to stave off the need for redundancies.
In an all-staff meeting last Thursday, the senior management team made the offer, which staff have since been considering.
Employees were given a week to make up their minds and BBH management will make its final decision on whether or not to implement the measure today (Friday).
