THE Highland Territorial Army organisation is about to launch a recruitment drive to bring numbers up to strength amid reports the two TA infantry battalions of the Royal Regiment of Scotland are short of men.
The move was announced by a former commanding officer of the 51st Highland, 7th Battalion, Lieutenant-Colonel Grenville Johnson, president of the Highland Reserves and Cadets Association.
