Prague, March 31 (CTK) - Outgoing Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek wants to form a new government as the chairman of the strongest parliamentary party, the Civic Democrats (ODS), but he need not head the cabinet, he told reporters today. The ODS prefers a broad agreement of all democratic parties in this respect, he added. One of the solutions may be an interim government of unaffiliated experts that would rule until early elections without making any significant decisions.
