from ANTARA, The Indonesian National News Agency Jakarta, March 29 (ANTARA) - The Indonesian Environmental Watch (Walhi) is considering filing a law suit against the government for ignorance in care and inspecting the condition of Situ Gintung which has eventually caused the sluice gate to collapse, killing many lives.
"Walhi is considering support to the wishes of the victims to file a legal action against Banten province and relevant agencies," a Walhi spokesman, Erwin Usman said through SMS message, on Sunday.
