Primary, Secondary School Students Get N300 Million Textbooks in Niger.

A few weeks after the Niger State government won the mouth-watering award as the second best state in the North Central geo-political zone of the state on the implementation of the Universal Basic Education (UBE) projects that fetched it a hefty sum of N70m, it has taken a giant step towards placing the education sector in the state on a higher pedestal.

The state governor, Babangida Aliyu launched and distributed textbooks on Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Introductory Technology, mathematical sets, teaching aids and Teachers Handbooks on all the core subjects which are worth about N300m.
