FORMER POLICE OFFICIAL CEZAR MANcao II, a suspect in the murder of a public relations executive and his driver, is expected to arrive from the United States on Tuesday, unless there is a change in plans by US authorities in charge of his extradition, according to Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez.

He should be home by Tuesday. That is what I am expecting, but we dont control US authorities and we have yet to receive an official notice, Gonzalez told reporters yesterday.
