Selected and customised customer targets are the new marketing concept for Preuksa Real Estate's latest residential project, Ivy China Town in Bangkok's Yaowarat area.

The developer is zeroing in on the highly liquid customers of Kasikornbank, Bangkok Bank and Bank of Ayudhya who stay in Chinatown, Prasert Taedullayasatit, a Preuksa director and its chief operating officer, said yesterday.

Those holding more than Bt100 million in their bank account will be sent a privilege card offering a discount of Bt1 million-Bt2 million if they attend the grand opening next week and book one of the units priced from Bt7 …
