Other negative themes recur: The dual-clutch transmission is problematic (clunking and grinding), above and beyond the fact that it's not a manual, which would be the overwhelming preference. Trunk space is forbiddingly tight, what with the trunk being the site for the battery, the subwoofer and the wiper-fluid tank. The ride is harsh ("not as bad as the Evo IX but still something that will have your average Joe complaining), and the fuel tank seems undersized.
