PHD has appointed David Wilding as its new head of planning.
Wilding, who will join the Omnicom-owned agency from Mindshare in June, will replace Jonathan Fowles, who left PHD in January.
He joins after eight years at Mindshare, where he is currently the strategy director, working on accounts including Nike, ITV and Times Newspapers.
Wilding will report to Philippa Brown, the PHD chief executive, and oversee the agency's planning approach across clients including Sainsbury's, COI, McCain, Cadbury and ING Direct.
