Jeremy Darroch, the chief executive of BSkyB, has admitted his interest in buying UKTV, the broadcaster that is owned by Virgin Media and BBC Worldwide.
Speaking at a conference in Florida, Darroch said that content companies were within Sky's sights, specifically mentioning UKTV by name.
