As this fall issue of Kurdish Life was being completed, winter intervened. So did the following reports on Iraq's provincial elections. "The Kurdish Alliance, an umbrella of major Kurdish factions, is seeking to put off provincial elections in the city of Mosul," Azzaman reported on the first day of winter.
