Mar. 5--The March 10 Coconut Creek election has eight candidates campaigning citywide for three seats. The Sun Sentinel Editorial Board urges voters to re-elect the three incumbents. Commissioners Lisa Aronson, Leonard Freund and Marilyn Gerber have done a credible job on the dais and voters would be well served by keeping the current commission intact.

District B -- Leonard Freund Freund, 83, is retired and cites his status as an advantage that gives him more time to put toward his work as a commissioner.
