govt TV - but is anyone out there watching'

To date, the logic of turning a for-profit TV station into a public organisation relying solely on government funding still amazes many. More amazement is yet to come with the current government's plan to deal with another TV station, NBT.

In the case of iTV, which is now Thai PBS, a recipient of about Bt1.5 billion from the state, some were pleased with the change, convinced that the station was their voice. Yet, others were displeased.
