Tiger Warren sees room in market for new concept
William "Tiger" Warren, the founder of Macheezmo Mouse Restaurants Inc., has a new restaurant concept simmering with his merger plans.
Portland-based Macheezmo Mouse, a publicly held 19-store chain of Mexican-style restaurants known for their low-fat dishes, plans to merge with another burrito outfit. Macheezmo Mouse wants to join forces with Todo Inc., a privately owned Seattle company, in a stock-and-cash deal valued at $4.6 million. The combined companies would have 36 stores.
