SUBIC BAY FREEPORTINTELLIGENCE REPORTS gathered by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency showed that the Chinese-Filipino involved in the attempted smuggling of more than 700 kilograms of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) out of this freeport last year is now in China.
