An unidentified woman who stayed home from work in Dumphries, Virginia, on January 14 heard an alarm go off at about 10:20 a.m. and discovered three men in her backyard attempting to break in to her basement. At that point, according to local TV news station WJLA, she confronted the men with a pistol, sending them fleeing. But one man wasn't satisfied with not getting anything for his efforts, and he came back to try again.
