Brunei firm in joint venture with Nova MSC.
KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama) - Application software and services provider Nova MSC Bhd and YAM Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Wadood Bolkiah have signed an agreement to set up a joint venture company called Nova (B) Sdn Bhd.
The 60:40 joint venture company between YAM Pengiran Anak Abdul Wadood Bolkiah and Nova MSC will be responsible for marketing and delivering practical information technology (IT) solutions and services in Brunei.
