Two Chinese companies have entered into an agreement to begin mobile broadcasting operations in Shanghai. Zhongguang Satellite Mobile Broadcasting, the national operator of CMMB (China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting) mobile TV under the government, and Shanghai Media Group (SMG) through a subsidiary will begin commercial operations in March, Interfax reports.
