I firmly believe 2009 will be a make-or-break year for making rugby a global game.
The sport is in a delicate situation--not helped by the current financial crisis--so it is imperative that Bernard Lapasset (chairman of the International Rugby Board) and Mike Miller (IRB CEO) show some real leadership and stand up and make some big decisions.
