Jan. 31--He was a 15-time convicted felon. She was a 69-year-old shopper in an open walkway between shops at the Delray Crossings Plaza on Linton Boulevard. When he attacked Friday, the woman screamed and two employees of a company came running. Jonathan Brown, 41, was raping the woman when William and Nicholas Burckhard pulled him off her and called police, authorities said. They held Brown until Delray Beach police officers arrived and took him into custody, police said. Police said they think Brown followed the woman into a breezeway beside the Target store at 1200 W.
