Nolen, who took the helm of Truly Nolen Inc., the 59-year-old Orlando-based pest control franchise in 1994, is presiding over a fast-growing expansion of the family-run company's franchises, services and product lines; growth prompted in part by tummy-turning headlines about such rodent and pest-borne problems as Hanta virus, cement-chewing termites and the sun-loving Asian cockroach, which invaded Tampa several years ago and is making inroads across the state.
