The on going global economic crisis has been described as a call for Nigerian banks to look inward rather than venturing into countries with thinning margins where opportunities are not real.

Managing Director/Chief executive, Sterling Bank PLC, Mr. Yemi Adeola made this assertion in an exclusive interview with Vanguard to explain the One-Bank campaign unveiled by the bank last week.

At a time when other Nigerian banks are embarking on regional and global expansion bids opening branches across the African continent and in major global banking centers, sterling embarked on a One Bank campaign designed to celebrate the individuality of the customer.
