With the support of the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Isis International together with Aalochana of India, CMDI of Thailand, femLINKPACIFIC of Fiji, and HELP of Papua New Guinea embarked on a research to determine the most effective communication tools used by intermediary groups in reaching grassroots women. The study was done in the context of interrogating the ICT-centric framework of development and the influx of new ICTs in gender and development work.
