"Albright-Knox is a world-class institution," says John Hurley, past president of the Arts Council of Buffalo and Erie County from 1994-96 and a partner at Phillips Lytle Hitchcock Blaine & Huber.
The quality, breadth and scope of the exhibits is phenomenal for a city the size of Buffalo, Hurley says.
