The Carbon Trust is reviewing its pounds 6 million media buying account, currently split between agencies including Universal McCann and Carat.

Manning Gottlieb OMD will continue to handle media planning. The government-funded body uses Universal McCann for press and broadcast buying while Carat handles online. The review is expected to be completed by the end of March.
