ON the heels of a pre-emptive attack on the Kano Sector of the Federal Road Safety Commission last Wednesday (December 31, 2008), Road Marshals in Kano have resolved to persuade the motorcyclists on the use of safety helmets ahead of a new January 8th enforcement deadline in the city.
