from THE JAKARTA POST -- WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2008 -- PAGE 4 Dartini tried to conceal her shock and sadness after a fire destroyed her rented house -- in which were stored 15,000 paper trumpets she had made for New Year celebrations -- in Meruya Utara, West Jakarta, on Monday.

"I've lost everything, including thousands of paper trumpets I prepared for New Year's eve celebrations," Dartini told The Jakarta Post on Tuesday.

Dartini is the biggest trumpet maker and trader in the neighborhood.

She and her husband worked day and night to make trumpets. They started six months ago.
