ISSUE: Just where does a nurse draw the line in making disclosures to frantic family members as to how a patient fell out of bed. In this interesting Louisiana case a nurse literally "clammed up" when a patient's family members sought to elicit further information from a nurse who "already said too much". Had the nurse said too much? The nurse later denied making the statements attributed to the nurse.

CASE FACTS: James Parker was a patient at Centenary Heritage Manor Nursing Home where he fell and struck his head. He was Subsequently transported to Schumpert Medical Center.
