ISSUE: Almost all sexual harassment cases involve allegations of a member one sex against a member of the opposite sex. However, in this extraordinary Utah case a female former employee of a nursing service filed a sexual harassment claim against her former employer, alleging sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The case involved allegations that the complainant's supervisor, another female, was guilty of sexual harassment.
