Sam Hornish Jr.: I planned to get down there, but there was just so much stuff going on with Cup and Nationwide. The All-Star race. I had nine races, six days of testing, and I just ran out of time.
It was nice, on race day and Pole Day. . . . It was very nice to be a fan again.
AW: Well, you did go back to Indiana-polis this year, only it was the Brickyard 400 in August.
SH: It was wonderful to be able to go back. The yellow shirts are always a pain in the butt, but they were nice ...
