SA wins high international rating for its tax reforms Professional Services Editor SA HAS been rated as the fourth global reformer among 181 economies for paying taxes in an international study released by the World Bank at the weekend.

The Doing Business 2009 annual report, which provides a global ranking of 181 economies on key business regulations and reforms, found African nations imposed more business reforms last year than in any other year in the light of record economic growth on the continent. Some of these included simplified customs laws, protection for creditors and investors and judicial reform.
