DASPARKHOTEL DRAINPIPE DREAMS IT COULD be a contender for the world's weirdest hotel, as dasparkhotel, next to the Danube near Linz, Austria, provides its guests with accommodation in drainpipes. Andreas Strauss, who came up with the idea, buys them from concrete factories around Europe. Strauss told an international architecture magazine that the concept came from his own needs for easy access and minimal accommodation.
