Rugunda Flies to Juba for Signing.

THE Government delegation to the Juba peace talks yesterday flew to Juba, South Sudan for the anticipated signing of the final peace agreement with LRA leader, Joseph Kony, today.

The Chief Government negotiator, Dr Ruhakana Rugunda led the team. "We hope Kony is not fooling again as he has done in the past. We hope he will not only sign but will implement all requirements of the agreement," delegation spokesperson, Capt. Chris Magezi said.

The Chief Mediator, Dr Riek Machar, the LRA peace team and the cessation of hostilities monitoring team are already in Ri-Kwangba at the DR Congo-Sudan border, where the signing ceremony is …
