Comedian to bring X-mas cheer at Filipino get together.

A Filipino standup comedian, who brings joy to Singaporeans by making them laugh, will be the guest performer during the Pasko ng Pinoy '08 Dec 7 at the Scout Centre in Mata-Mata.

The holiday celebration organised by the Filipino Association in Brunei, with the support of the Philippine Embassy-Philippine Overseas Labour Office, aims to bring Christmas cheer to overseas workers.

"Even if the overseas workers are far away from home and family, they will still feel the spirit of the season through this annual get together," said Labour Attache Dr Elizabeth O Recio.
