ANC takes poll battle to COPE's turf Ruling party will launch its election manifesto in an Eastern Cape region it considers its home THE African National Congress (ANC) will launch its election manifesto in Eastern Cape's Amathole region, taking the battle to the heartland of its splinter group, the recently formed Congress of the People (COPE).
