$400,000 Settlement

The plaintiff's decedent, a 25-year-old welder/ironworker, fell to his death from the outside perimeter of a building under construction where he was engaged in welding connections between a beam and a column. There were no eyewitnesses to the plaintiff's decedent's fall, and there was conflicting testimony about his activities in the minutes prior to his fall.
