CITY OF SAN FERNANDOTHE BOARD OF state-owned Clark International Airport Corp. has allowed its joint venture selection committee to accept unsolicited proposals for the construction of Terminal 2 of the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport at the Clark Freeport.

CIAC has also relaxed some requirements on project participants to draw more interest.

In a statement on Sunday, Romeo Dyoco, CIAC vice president for administration and finance, said the agency was studying various options to get the project going.
