Chennai: Top-level delegations from Rosatom, the Russian Atomic Energy Agency, and the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) on Wednesday [19 November] visited the site at Kudankulam in Tamil Nadu [south Indian state], where four more Russian nuclear power reactors (Kudankulam 3,4, 5 and 6) are to be built.
