It's a Wonderful Day [Rich Lowry] Last night, I went to bed feeling a bit dejected. And yet this morning, upon waking, a sense of calm and peace has come over me. I feel reborn in a world guided and governed by a Wonderful Spirit. Truly, Master Obama lights our path.

Friends, Stop Fighting the Way [Jay Nordlinger ]

Rich, I'm so gratified to hear you say this. I, too, fell asleep last night in a state of profound disquiet. I think, upon reflection, that it was simply my own fear--fear of a New Way, fear of His Majesty--and my own weaknesses that clouded my vision. Now, this morning, the new sun streaming into my room, I'm suddenly free of this kind of Wrong Thinking. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to throw out this houseplant that arrived mysteriously at my door last night, and then I'm going to walk expressionlessly through the streets of Manhattan. Truly, Master Obama lights our path.
