PRESIDENT MACAPAGAL-ARROYO HAS declared Dec. 1 and some days in December as holidays in keeping with her holiday economics, Malacanang announced yesterday.

The country is marking Bonifacio Day on Nov. 30, and since this falls on a Sunday, the President decided to declare the following day a nonworking holiday, officials said.
