Cable television just got better when SkyCable launched a broadband Internet service that takes advantage of the company's extensive subscriber network in Metro Manila.

The result is SkyBroadband, touted as the fastest residential broadband Internet service in the country.

Rodrigo Montinola, SkyCable vice-president for marketing, explained that SkyBroadband uses SkyCable's existing co-axial cables, making their Internet service up to four times faster than broadband Internet.
