South Korea/Vietnam: South Korea, Vietnam to boost cooperation in stock markets.
Section: Business News - The Korea Exchange, Inc (KRX) and the Hanoi Securities Trading Centre (HASTC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Hanoi on Nov. 14, agreeing to boost mutual cooperation between both markets.
Under the MoU, both sides are to share information in the areas of market supervision and management in order to enhance the development of both markets.
The KRX will give training assistance to Vietnamese enterprises that are looking to mobilise international capital through listing on the Korean stock exchange.
