[Presenter] Haji Mangal Bagh, head of the armed Lashkar-i-Islam faction in Bara, Khyber Agency, has demanded of Minister Hamidullah Jan Afridi, who is elected from tribal areas, to resign from ministry or pay 10m rupees of fine as he has failed to fulfil promises made to Lashkar-i-Islam during 18 February 08 elections.
