Digital Harbor Inc. last week rolled out the PowerPC version of Wav, its OpenDoc word processor announced this past spring (see 05.13.96, Page 4).
With the $49 Wav, users can embed components in the application to extend the software's functionality. As parts are added, their functions become available to users through Wav's menus and tab folders. Users add features by dragging components, URLs and files into Wav's Folder Bay.
Wav lets users embed hot links in documents via buttons. Although HTML conversion functions are not in the initial release, Digital Harbor said they will be added in a subsequent release.
