THE House of Representatives Committee on Privatisation and Commercialisation has accused Niger Dock Nigeria Plc of gun running instead of its mandate of ship building and repairs.

According to the chairman of the committee, Rep. Njidda Ahmed Gella told journalists yesterday in Abuja, the committee was in possession of a number of petitions which suggested that Niger Dock Nigeria Plc was allowing its premises to be used for the importation of arms and ammunition by Niger Delta militants.
