FG Asks Court to Reject Massob Bail Application.

THE Federal Government, yesterday, asked the Federal High Court sitting in Enugu to refuse the application for the bail filed by 84 members of the Movement for Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) now standing trial before the court on an 8-count charges of treasonable felony. Counsel to the accused MASSOB members, Mr. Clement Obiekwe had yesterday moved a motion supported by a 30-para affidavit praying the court to grant the suspects bail while the trial proceeds.
