Jeremy Garner, the creative director at LBi, has been hired by Weapon7 to take an equivalent role at the integrated agency.
He replaces David Howlett, the former creative director who left the agency in September to pursue a career as an actor.
Garner, who co-founded glue London and the BloodPartnership before joining LBi in April 2006, will join the Weapon7 management line-up next month and will report to the chief executive, Steven Hess.
