Thailand: Management restructuring expected at TT&T Plc.
Section: Business News - A major management restructuring is expected at TT&T after its president Prachuab Tantinon stands down at the end of the month, The Nation reports.
TT&T filed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Wednesday that Prachuab had submitted his resignation letter on July 31, with an effective date of September 1, in order to become managing director of the Thailand Tobacco Monopoly.
TT&T has yet to nominate his successor.
An industry source said the company is expected to pursue major management changes following his departure.
