Agfa announced that it has entered into an agreement with Adobe to cross license their respective font compression technologies, which will be included in OpenType solutions. Agfa will license to Adobe its MicroType Express technology for compressing TrueType fonts, and Adobe will license to Agfa its Compressed Font Format (CFF) technology for compressing Type 1 fonts.
